Maja Kotarska is a chameleon of sorts. Born and raised in Lublin, Poland, Maja moved to the United States at age 17, were she attended college in Arizona. She devoted herself to education and graduated with a Bachelor and Masters in Electrical Engineering. Seeking a fuller life she promptly escaped city life to pursue a professional career in rock climbing. She presently climbs for Mad Rock. Concurrently, she is concluding her PhD from Poland's top medical school, Poznan University of Medical Sciences. She now resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.
